What is the estimated delivery time ?
You will be advised prior to check out what the current approximate turn around time is as well as it is posted on the main ordering page. Custom made collars can vary in production time from depending on the time of year or if there has been a recent sale which can increase order volume dramatically. I am a one person business so issues like illness, machine malfunctions etc can cause unforseeable delays occasionally but are not the norm.
All collars are shipped USPS Priority Mail and take approximately an additional 2-3 days once shipped in the U.S.and approximately 6-10+ anywhere outside the U.S. These times can vary due to the USPS schedules which are out of our control. If you are in a rush for a special occasion, send us an email and we will be glad to let you know if we can accomodate your request.
How long will my collar last ?
Wear and tear on your collar will vary based on the dog and will be significantly reduced if you have more than one collar that you switch around on a regular basis. This is similar to having different clothing for yourself for different activities. If we were to wear the same set of clothes every day for a few months they are going to start looking extremely worn and faded. If they were worn during activities suchs as swimming, exercise, hiking, going to the beach etc then they will look worse than if they were worn while laying around the house all day. Where you live and the amount of UV exposure can also fade materials faster, as can the detergent you use and the amount of times you wash a collar.

What is your policy on undeliverable packages ?
All undeliverable packages that require re-shipment at the customer's request are subject to a re-shipment charge equivalent to the original shipping costs. Undeliverable packages include: unclaimed packages, refusal of packages, customer negligence and any misinformation or typos on the part of the customer. If you move or are moving during the time your collar is being made please email us with the new address and you must receive a confirmation back from Collar Mania indicating they received this information.
What is your policy regarding cancellations ?
If work has begun on your order then orders cannot be cancelled or changed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. If we have not started work, then you may place a cancellation request.
What is your return/exchange policy
Should you receive your item and are not happy with it please email us and we will work with you to see what we can do to fix the situation, but returns are at our discretion. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there was an error on our part.
If you have hardware that breaks you can also email us about repairing the collar at no charge. Each situation can be different so when in doubt send us an email because if you are not happy we are not happy. Collars are not warranted against excessive pulling, chewing or scratching and should not be used as tie-out collars which can snap D rings and buckles.

My order status indicates "complete", does that mean my order is done?
The completed status means that your payment is complete, you will receive an email from stamps.com once your order is done and is shipping, you can always email us if you are curious about when it might be shipping and we can give you an approximate date. Shipping dates are approximations and subject to change due to illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. I am a one person company at this time.
